Aviatek Connector serves as a bridge between your Aviatek devices and a flight simulator of your choice.

You need it installed and running whenever you would like to use our hardware.

It's compatible with the following flight simulators:

  • MSFS 2020

  • X-Plane 11

  • Prepar3D V3 / V4 / V5

You can download the latest version here:

CONFIGURATION

For the basic operation of our Plug & Play products there is no extra configuration required.

Just install the software using the installer and make sure to install the required simulator plugin/plugins when asked to.

MSFS 2020 PLUGIN

For a basic SimConnect Event IDs and Simulation Variables you don't need to install our plugin. However if you would like to use our G1000 products then it is required for a correct operation.

When you open Aviatek Connector for the first time, it should detect that you have MSFS 2020 installed on your PC and welcome you with the following screen:

Just click INSTALL PLUGIN and you are ready to go.

X-PLANE 11 PLUGIN

Unlike with the MSFS, we need the X-Plane plugin installed even for the basic functionality. The procedure to install the plugin is the same as with the MSFS.

When you open Aviatek Connector for the first time, it should detect that you have X-Plane installed on your PC and welcome you with the following screen:

Just click INSTALL PLUGIN and you are ready to go.

If you didn't see the above screen when opening Aviatek Connector and you have X-Plane installed, it was unable to detect your X-Plane installation automatically. We do our best to do the detection automatically but it's not always possible.

In this case, please go to Tools / X-Plane 11 Plugin and click the BROWSE button to navigate to your X-Plane directory to tell the Aviatek Connector where you have it installed.

After that, just click INSTALL PLUGIN and you are ready to go.
